I am a leadership coach with over 20 years of experience in global corporations, where I led international teams and shaped product strategies in the technology sector. Over time, I realized that what drives real success isn’t just strategy or process, it is how deeply people are connected to themselves and to each other.

My work is grounded in Gestalt principles and shaped by my years of experience and training in leadership and coaching. I take a relational, presence-based approach, helping individuals and teams grow in alignment with who they truly are, not who they feel pressured to be.

  • Diploma in Sustainable Business

  • IMD Executive Coaching certified

  • Gestalt Practitioner in Organizations (ongoing)

  • IDI certified
